What would you like?
When a selected video exceeds Discord's upload size limit, offer the user an option to compress it before sending while avoiding extreme quality degradation.
Acceptance criteria
- [ ] When a selected video exceeds the applicable upload size limit, the app asks whether the user wants to compress it.
- [ ] Choosing compression compresses the video and sends it if the resulting file is within the upload size limit.
- [ ] Choosing not to compress leaves the original video unchanged and does not start compression.
- [ ] Compression does not automatically reduce the video to 144p or produce extremely low bitrate or frame cadence.

> Oh and compression shouldn't be going to 144p zero bitrate, 5 frames per here and there

> i cant roast myself because of the automod but im just lazy asl and this would be pretty useful to just quickly compress a video instead of uploading it somewhere else

> and maybe if a file would be too large (idk 4k, prores 5GB) then it would just refuse to do so, because it would just be stupid
